Eating Your Way Through The Menopause

  • One of the biggest challenges we face as women is what is considered inevitable weight gain, especially around our stomachs. This doesn’t have to be the case.
  • Now is the time for us to fall in love with our bodies and care for them. How we feed our bodies affects how we feel and if we want to be strong, vibrant and healthy then we need to take care of ourselves.
  • Now is not the time for crazy diets that send our hormones and bodies into a crazy frenzy. We need to take an honest look at how we fuel ourselves and why.
  • For some of us making small changes, bit by bit will be the right approach. For others, we may feel the need to reboot and commit to significant changes.
  • There is no right answer but now is the right time to take action and we are here to help you. In this section we focus on understanding the impact of how we fuel our bodies and how we think about food.
